Rebuilt the entire checkout flow for thumb-friendly navigation. Reduced steps from 5 to 2, added Apple Pay and Google Pay, and implemented real-time inventory sync.

Performance-First Architecture

Sub-2s load times on 4G networks. Image optimization pipeline with AVIF/WebP, edge caching, and prefetched product data for instant page transitions.
